Unlikely: Bone graft materials are not living tissues, rather they are processed bone fragments or powder and function only to allow ingrowth of new bone following a procedure.  In this case, the bone is not antigenic and thus not prone to rejection (theoretically possible, but very unlikely).  I would think that if you are having problems, you should see your orthopedic surgeon to assess the healing status

No: The bone graft failed due to a particular reason.  Your doctor should have an idea why.  Usually a different type of bone graft will be performed for the second attempt.  Anti rejection drugs are usually not needed bone grafts.

Probably not: Your exact repair is not entirely clear from your message however in general only months after repair the bones is as strong or stronger than it was prior, unless you had abnormal healing. Varies: Usually would be associated with redness, swelling, pain, and possibly drainage.  Blood tests such as a Crp and esr can also give further evaluation.  If you are concerned, don't hesitate to get a second opinion.

See periodontist : Pain, infection are a few visible symptoms. There may be others that need to be evaluated by the periodontist and by x-ray. If you have concerns return to your periodontist. If it wasn't performed by a periodontist then maybe you should be seeing one. An oral surgeon is also an option.

Allograft: They have been shown over a long time, in millions of cases, to be safe and efficacious. The obvious advantage of using allografts (cadaver bone) is that you avoid donor site morbidity. In their words, less pain, less incisions, less risk of infection, etc. Your doctor can help you in an individual case decide which is best for you.

Sometimes: Major advantage is less chance of rejection but then the disadvantage is there may be a donor site involved.
