Probably not: Some amount of mucus is normal in stools but significant amount with pain , diarrhoea or blood would indicate inflammation or infection in intestine. These symptoms could be caused by  parasite in intestine, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease , ulcerative colitis and sometimes by cancer too . Consult your doctor to confirm the diagnosis.

Check diet: Good to know that stool and blood work normal. Malformed stools and IBS is often related to digestive issues. Would avoid gluten and animal dairy for 4-6 weeks, start a probiotic with 25billion cfu, chew your food slowly and thoroughly, and include active stress reduction e.g. breathing exercises, restorative yoga, tai chi etc. If not better, try a further elimination diet e.g. FODMAPS diet.

Diarrhea: If your symptoms continue, you need to have a colonoscopy if you have not had one. You could also get a celiac panel blood test done if you have not had one. Get in for evaluation. There other things that can be tired and evaluated. Good luck.

Auto inoculation: You might be a nasal carrier of the the dreaded MRSA hence you clear up after antibiotics by mouth then reintroduce the bacteria by accidental nose picking then scratching ! hygiene could be a factor! a visit to your friendly md might sort out the culprit! regards !

Liquefaction: If you had a boil and now it appears to have blood inside, it's quite possible the germs have caused some localized liquefaction or damage to the tissues. I wonder also if you may have squeezed it and caused some localized trauma. These boils can become worse, so you may need to see a doctor for that to get some antibiotics and or surgical (lancing) treatment. Staph causes alot of these BTW.

R/O CELLULITIS: Cellulitis is a superficial skin infection that can be caused after an abrasion . Keep the area clean and apply topical antibiotics. Seek prompt evaluation for potential need of oral antibiotics/X-ray /labs.
