: Do you have any other associated symptoms such as congestion, runny nose, sore throat, cough, problem with voiding, etc. We need more info because the 2 symptoms fever and body aching can be benign with viral infection but it could be dangerous if not treated in case of bacterial infection. You can take tylenol 500 mg or advil 200 mg x 2 every 6 hours as needed in the mean time for a day or two.

Viral infection: A virus can cause all of your symptoms described above. So can other causes but if this is simply a new onset complaint then it is likely a viral infection. Worst case scenario is to see your doctor for an influenza swab although we are technically out of the season.

That your body aches: Temperature of 98 is a normal body temperature, so nothing to worry about there. If this is an acute change, by that i mean new body aches, did you change something in your daily life? More or less activity, your mattress, what chair you sit in at work...? Try some massage and stretching, a hot shower. Doubtful any infection as normal temperature.

A high temp for sure: Usually very high temps are related to viral infection which makes sense with body aches, but all bets are off.  This could be anything. There is not enough info to make any good judgement.

How about an ER?: I would've gone to the ER after vomiting episode #5.  Not sure what has to happen next to you to get you to figure out that you need EMERGENT care.....off to the ER with you right now please....take a bottle of water and sip on it as well.

See you doctor: Pain could be due to different reasons. A thorough history and physical exam and possibly some laboratory and radiology exams may help to determine the right cause. Pain may be due to: trauma (fracture, sprains, arthritis), infection, metabolic conditions (gout), biomechanical abnormality, blood clot, nerve damage (neuropathy) and etc. Get evaluated so that you may get the appropirate care.
