Diet?: You may be eating something that is causing the odor, e.g., garlic.  You can experiment with excluding one food at a time and seeing if there is a change.  You can also eat green vegetables like cilantro to help detox your body.  The very best to you.

Botox or drysol: Two medications can be helpful for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis).  One is drysol.  This is a prescription antiperspirant, that can be used along the armpits every other day to every third day to control sweating.  Another option is botox.  This would comprise of several injections along the armpits.  Botox injections can last for 6 months, and keep the affected area relatively dry.

how to resolve bad body odor? ive tried antiperspirants, sweat blocks, diet change, nothings been helping. i do have hormone imbalance problems, but this odor issue seems to have occur in the past year or two?

Body odor: Body odor is very much affected by our diet.  Medications and stress can also change it.  Staying well hydrated with pure water. eating a 'clean' diet (avoid fast foods, pre-packaged products, preservatives, excessive red meat) and regularly exercising will help reduce unnatural body odor.

my 4 yo daughter has underarm body odor like an adult would have. she shows no other abnormal signs-no hair, breast development. is this a problem?

This does happen: with children sometimes without any underlying reason or problem. However, I would recommend discussing this with her pediatrician, and having her examined by them also. They may suggest some laboratory testing to rule out a metabolic or endocrine problem, but they may also determine that it is not a problem and allow you to use a basic deodorant only product.
