Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories. Being overweight can increase ur risk of hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea.

Six pack:: Work on the process of getting healthy. If getting a six pack is a goal, do the process (excercise, eating properly etc). It does not matter waht the body fat % is. It wil  be lower than the average person. But,  if interested talk to sport medicine doctor to mesuare it.

Why lose weight?: If your body fat,percentage is low, chances are that you don't need to lose,weight.  That is why it is hard.  Why are you trying?  If you want to firm up, try doing weight bearing exercises and lifting.  But trying to lose weight will probably only work against you.

Yes: In order to have a high BMI and low body fat, you would have to have more muscle.  More muscle is good for health.  Body builders typically have higher than normal BMI (greater than 25 or 30), but are not considered overwight or obese
