Several possibility: Your symptoms may be representative of strep throat. But also could be sinusitis. Could also be other infective organisms other than strep. Mononucleosis is viral but can also, along with other similar viruses, be the cause. Medical professional can get testing to try to differentiate cause.

Viral?: Make sure you dont' get dehydrated in the meanwhile. Try Tylenol (acetaminophen) for the aching.  If the problem persists for &gt;10 days or getting much worse in the meanwhile, see your doctor.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. If it is a flu that you have, it will pass, rest for a day or two, drink enough water and fruit juice so that your urine is mostly colorless. For fever, you may take acetaminophen, not more than 4 gm/day and no alcohol or tobacco.

Flu: If all these symptoms are acute onset and recent probably you got Flu. Within 72 hrs antiviral therapy might facilitate the recovery, other wise tylenol, (acetaminophen) fluid and rest.

: Your problem may be physiologic, psychologic, or a combination. Start with your General Practitioner for a full physical examination/medical history/medication survey/lab tests/imaging. If everything comes back within normal limits, the next step would be an evaluation by the mental health practitioner chosen by your GP. There is a solution, but first the cause has to be revealed.

Could be anything from Anemia, low blood due to heavy menstruation to Malnutrition/ Hormonal Imbalance/ Depression/ even Fibromyalgia all of them quite treatable/ manageable with Modern Medical Care. Good idea to see your PCP.

Are you in ZA?: COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills &amp; muscle aches. These sxs could be from COVID 19 or another cause. My understanding is that in South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who make testing determination.

Possibly: Acute or chronic? If chronic, it could be stress. If acute, it sounds  alot  like the flu. Lyme Disease could do it too - are you exposed to deer ticks?
