Dysautonomia: The food going into the stomach automatically sends a signal into the lower brain computer. The computer has become too reactive and a sympathetic nerve reflex causes sweating and other symptoms.Commonest cause is poor diet, particularly sugar and sweeteners.

For such anxiety, intervention is important, for you are losing the 'nourishment' of food and sleep your head and body need. Seek a psychiatrist who does cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety and medication management. Also, seek mindfulness meditation training, extremely helpful!
