Unlikely: Pregnancy can sometimes cause blurred vision and fatigue, however it is highly unlikely these symptoms would remain a month after a loss.  Please go see a doctor as these symptoms could be a sign of something neurologic that shouldn't be ignored.  Be careful when you walk and don't stand if you are very dizzy.  Make sure to drink plenty of water.  I am so sorry for your loss

Hard to know: Symptoms of a miscarriage- bleeding and pelvic cramping can happen with a normal pregnancy. If you are having symptoms that concern you call your OB or go the er to be checked.

It is an emotional experience. 15-20% of pregnancies will end in miscarriage, depending on your age, so you are far from alone. Fortunately, most women go on to have normal pregnancies after having one. You need to wait the proper amount of time before trying to conceive again--ask you doctor about this.
