Need evaluation: So you have pain involving an area called the mastoid, pain with movement of the neck, headaches, and blurring vision on the right.  These are concerning symptoms and you really need to be evaluated.  This could be a localized infection called mastoiditis, or something worse.  You should call your doctor or been seen as soon as possible!

Some thoughts...: In a woman with regular periods, some causes of a late period include: excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (like birth control pills), hormonal imbalances, etc… Pregnancy is the common cause of a missed period, if sexually active. An in-person exam is needed to evaluate dizzy spells and new blurred vision.

Though it is often only floaters (a normal change that causes the gel in the back of the eye to develop small cracks), it must be differentiated from a retinal hole, tear or detachment - which all require immediate treatment.  See an eye doctor right away.

Astigmatism : Astigmatism is due to the shape of the eye and is usually present at a young age.  This problem sounds more acute to me and i would seek the advise of an ophthamologist at this point. You need a good retinal exam to rule out why the outside corner of the eye is blurred.  The fact that you have flashing lights is a retinal symptom and not astigmatism.  You may have a retinal tear or detachment and this should be checked asap.  It might be vitrerous floaters which is a benign condition, but this is not astigmatism. Ask your gp for the name of a general ophthalmogist and when you call alert the staff to your symptoms.  Best of luck.

Unrelated: And MRI , won't diagnose the cause for the blurring vision, a good detailed ophthalmologic evaluation would, so kindly ask your doctor for referral, good luck

Vision changes: with those symptoms you need to go see a doctor and be evaluated you could have injured the eye socket or had any kind of head injury.  with visual changes is always important to be evaluated
