Severe HTN: It's more accurately: severe HTN with mild symptoms. Mostly BP doesn't cause symptoms, but when it's very high (we're talking &gt;200/&gt;110 - sometimes much higher), there may be angina, heart failure, or encephalopathy. If severe, it's a hypertensive emergency. "urgency" is a term used for a borderline situation.

Could be: Could be diabetes. Or it could be weakening of your pelvic muscles which is common in women who have given birth multiple times. It could also be due to stress or infection. See your physician for an appropriate work up.

Urinary Tract Infxn: Thank you for asking this important question. Your symptoms are very common and are associated with a urinary tract infection (or UTI). These are easily diagnosed with a urinalysis and confirmed with a urine culture. Based on those results, you may be prescribed antibiotics, advised further work-up, or referred to a specialist. See your doctor ASAP as these symptoms can progressively become worse.

i have smelly urine and it's been no 3 or 4 months. i dont really have any urgency to go. 
is there somthing that can assist me with this. i have also had this last year and took uti200 if i recall correctly but concerned there is an underlying probl?

Possibilities: The urine is basically waste products. Germs in the urine could create an odor, yet there are many other things that do also. Vitamin supplements, food, fluids you drink including things like aloe vera. I would do some detective work examining your diet before worrying about a disease. If you can't sort it out visit your doc.

Urinary problems can be cause by enlarged prostates (BPH), prostate cancer, bladder infection, bladder tumor, certain parasites, congenital anomalies of the urinary tract, diabetes insipidus, and many other conditions.  Treatments depend on the cause:  surgery, certain madications, and dietary habit changes.
