Cerumen: Blue ear wax is a very uncommon problem.  When infected with a certain strain of pseudomonas, it can turn a deep bluish color.  It is exceptionally rare and is usually from infection, if symptoms of pain, throbbing, discharge or hearing loss are going on, get your ear checked out to make sure you get the right treatment.

Not sure: There is no disease process i can think of that would create these colors in your ear.  Did you clean your ear with something colored like a pen or pencil?  Ears clean themselves so don't recommend putting things into ears to clean them.

Could be: It could be poor blood flow or you could have deposition of silver in your skin or some other metal. See your dermatologist for treatment and evaluation to get the correct diagnosis and treatment.

Blue?: I suspect that this may be due to any blue products, like shampoos or soaps you may be using.  If your ear wax is always blue, that is a bit odd and I would see a doc and get checked.

Blue ears  a mystery: No idea about the blue ears, but as for the raw face, put a neutral lotion (like Cetaphil or Aquaphor) on the surface and just try to leave it alone.  It will probably heal over in a day.  Keep the lotion in the fridge for additional comfort.  There's no reason to scrub so hard! You could do more harm than good from that.

Anaphylaxis: Sounds a lot like choking or anaphylactic reaction. Both require emergency treatment call 911 or have someone help you right away.

See your Family Doc: I'm not sure why blue stuff is coming out of your ear! It's time to tell your parents/guardian to take you to see your Family Doc or ENT for proper evaluation. Pain while cleaning ears (assuming you're doing what you're not supposed to do ie getting deep into canal) could be due to trauma to ear canal. Or otitis externa (infection). Or perhaps b/c displacing cerumen (ear wax). So go see your doc.
