Yes. Blue lips can: indicate low oxygen content of blood. See your primary care doc. A chest x-ray may be helpful to evaluate the pulmonary system. Take a picture,a before and after, to show the doc. Good luck.

Blue tongue: Could be something you ate or the tooth paste you used the night before, OR could be a sign of lack of adequate blood flow to the tongue with oxygen deprivation.  See the Dr. for eval when this happens and let them see it.  Good luck.

Cheek bite for one: One cause can be a cheek bite that caused bleeding below the tissue, but not enough of a bite to cause a laceration or tear so that the blood leaked out into your mouth.  Another reason could be a blue nevus.  You should see a dentist to have the spots evaluated and then see if any treatment is needed.

Call the Hospital: Lie down, call the hospital and get someone to take you if you are not feeling well.  Blue lips and cold sensations are often related to the lack of blood flow (oxygen) and often lead to fainting among other things.

Sounds like something neurologic, where the systems that control the basic functions of your body, or something cardiac (to do with the heart) could be going on. Any joint pain?: Ask your DR about Reiter's syndrome. For balanitis, retract foreskin during urination, then blot off any urine after. Retract foreskin in shower to rinse out. OTC Miconazole (clotrimazole, ketoconazole) is useful. Castellani clear solution is especially useful. The mouth problem might be yeast overgrowth due to antibiotic. Your DR may give you something to swish and something to swallow.
