6 days of stomach bug - mostly nausea, dizziness, and loose stools. pupils are small and head hurts, numbness in hands. should i be concerned ?

? Dehydration: You may be dehydrated and that can explain some of the symptoms. Drink plenty of water and juice so that your urine is mostly colorless. If that does not relieve the symptoms in  a couple of days, it would be prudent to consult your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

my husband is having bloody diarrhea and severe pain in lower abdomen what is this he had an attack 2wks ago but we thought it was a virus but now it's back and so much worse

There : There are many causes for the condition you've described.  They can include infections like salmonella, chronic inflammatory conditions like ulcerative colitis, insufficient blood flow to the intestine, benign or malignant tumors, diverticulitis, and so on.  The fact that it went away for two weeks and then came back would argue against an infection, but any of the other conditions i've listed could still be going on.

This definitely sounds like a situation that warrants a visit to the doctor.  It might even be reasonable to go to your local emergency department since this is the start of a three-day weekend and your regular doctor may not be available.  I suspect your husband will need a colonoscopy and perhaps a ct scan.

NSAIDs, viruses: The most common cause is probably non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (nsaids) such as aspirin, motrin, etc.  Especially for scattered ulcers in the upper colon.  Some viruses such as cytomegalovirus can also cause ulcers.

You will get instruc: you will get instructions. You need to be on medications that do not cause bleeding like aspirin, anti-inflammatory medications, fish oil to name a few. Your gastroenterologist and the staff well advise you but make sure you tell them all the medications you are on

Yes, but:: Everybody has types of E. coli as part of their normal bacteria in the gut.  You mean pathogenic E. Coli (causing disease) and yes you may have this or another pathogenic bacteria.  Please go get checked today at an urgent care or walk in clinic or call your primary care doc on call for your PCP's practice.

Gastroenterologist: input is what you need, you may need to be scoped,  a CT scan of the abdomen may not show the inside of your bowels, best wishes
