Mucoid cyst: Can't tell you for sure with picture or examination but i've seen mucous cyst that look like a blister around the nail and end of the toes. Usually soft, dome shaped smooth but usually occurs in older patients.

More info: Not every little bump on the skin is a viral wart. The location and duration of the lesion is also important: is it perianal? How long ag p did he notice it? What are his sexual habits? The best approach maybe to have the lesions removed and examined by a pathologist

See a doctor in pers: I think it is best if a dr sees you in person to determine if you have warts. All warts are caused by the hpv virus whether they are on your genitals hands or feet. There are many different types of hpv virus is and different virus types occur  on different locations.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
