i went 2 see my doctor about a large blood vessel in my vagina,he said theres nothing he can do about it, it has to be something he can give me right?

I agree, just watch: it is not uncommon to have a dilated blood vessels  in many different places throughout the body. Generally we do nothing about those large blood vessels. If it were to cause a problem. Or if you have some type of bleeding in the area. That would suggest doing a further workup. And if you have recently delivered a child one would expect  larger than normal blood vessels in this area.

what is the vagina supposed to look like? i feel like mine is abnormal. the tissue inside looks white instead of pink or red and like i have what looks like huge white veins coming out. this is on the inside, not outside?

Shouldn't: Those large veins in the labia can look very alarming - but as soon as the baby is born, all the pressure is relieved and they will decompress right away. There can be a risk of bleeding during a vaginal delivery - but it is usually managed easily.

Vaginal veins.: Vaginal veins are actually quite common during pregnancy and tend to worsen as the duration of the pregnancy increases.  They can be due to back flow (reflux) either through the ovarian, hypogastric or saphenous veins.  Once the pregnancy is over, the veins usually resolve.  During pregnancy, support panty hose and leg elevation may help.  After delivery, see a vein specialist.

More than likely: If a small blood vessel bursts in your eye, you might not feel it.  I have bursts in your brain, you might not feel it, but you would certainly feel the effects of it.  If you bursts in your leg, you are likely to feel it and also feel the bruise you get from having a blood vessel break.
