TSH vs free T4: Tsh is secreted by the pituarity gland to order the thyroid to produce thyroid hormones (t3 (liothyronine) and t4).  Doctors order these two blood tests to evaluate the function of the thyroid gland.

Normal: Why were the tests done? Do you have any symptoms?
Your results are in the normal range.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Thyroid tests: Wen tests don't make sense first thing to do  is to repeat.  But also need to know why you are being tested?

Give it a week: Very high doses of biotin interfere with a whole class of assays that use biotin as one of the test reagents. Your physician is sharp to have picked up on this. I can't recommend biotin as a supplement for anything, though there are "pop" promotions. Good luck on your testing.

i'm experiencing hyerthyroid symptoms including lump on my neck, but my blood test result (tsh, t4,t3) is normal. why is it so? do i have thyroid problem? are there any possible illness aside from thyroid problem? thank you.

Hyperthyroid?: Without seeing you and examining you I cannot day.  Blood tests are usually pretty good. Discuss with dr who ordered the tests.  Many symptoms of too much thyroid include weight loss, weakness and rapid pounding heart.

Elevated: TPO levels are associated with autoimmune thryroid disease/thryoiditis, for example Hashimoto disease. The thyroid US findings are also consistent with thyroiditis.  Talk to your doc about next steps.

Inappropriate: A T4 is not an appropriate test to diagnose hypothyroidism  it is a protein bound test and is affected by many things. An ultra sensitive TSH is the test of choice.
