HCG at 89=pregnant: If your blood HCG level is 89, you are pregnant. Level above 25 is diagnostic of pregnancy.

Depends: It depends on your cycle length. If you have a 28 day cycle, you may start to do blood test on CD 11-13, most like it will show the LH surge (Positive ovulation test).

Yes: You should wait to see if you miss your period before testing for pregnancy. Even if you conceived yesterday, it takes, on average, 10 days for implantation and few days after that for enough HCG to get a positive test even by blood test.

Calendar: keep a calendar of your cycle for a few months, if you are regular, you always ovulate 14 days BEFORE your period starts. once you have a good idea when to predict your start date count backward 14 days and that should be the date you will ovulate. if you are a clockwork 28 days however, you can assume it is 14 days after the start of your next period

Confirm your results: You should confirm with your doctor what test you had, what the results were and what it means. I suspect you had a Progesterone test done which is often done on day 21 to confirm ovulation. If your Progesterone was above 10 then this is consistent with ovulation.

Unclear question: Mild bleeding/spotting is not uncommon in early pregnancy. Should, you, God forbid, get frank bleeding like a period or abdominal pain, it would be prudent to see your doctor.
