Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion, without examining the lesions. Moles and melanoma can also occur on the soles of feet. It would be prudent to see your doctor.

i went for a long walk and had painful tingling after. now there are a ton of blood spots all over my legs and top of my feet. help!

It may be insect bites or not related to your walk

Venous Thrombosis: Venous and arterial ultrasound, because both vascular systems may be compromised by the injury you sustained.

would ringworm show up on basic blood work?was  normal. i have spots that look like it but they go away with clotrimazol 1% which fixes athletes foot, jock itch, and ringworm. are they something to ask my pcp about or since i fixed it im fine.

No: Ringworm is actually fungus that  lives off old dead skin cells that have not shed. As such it never stimulates the deeper areas of the tissue where blood cells move, so nothing would show up on a common blood test. Some ringworm occasionally triggers an allergy like response &amp; itching at which point the blood may show a vague, non-specific change.

what causes mottled red and white blood-flow in hands and feet?..red with white spots where there is no blood-flow.  vasculitis? livedo reticularis?

You may be correct: See a dermatologist.  If livedo reticularis, could be related to one of your medications.

a truck ran over my right foot,6 days ago,i went to a doctor,no fractures have occurred,but i have blood clots at several spots,i was advised to apply ice over those spots,and if it didn't work, operation will be done. how do i remove them,any drugs?

: First off you do not want to use cold water on these blood clots. do use warm water with light massage.  Other considerations as far as taking medications I cannot give you that information. The possibilities of taking a low-dose aspirin might be beneficial. Ultrasound treatments followed by light massage are also very good for this condition

Sounds bruised: May be deep bruise or blood may ve from tear in muscle or ligament. Ice andelevate, if not quickly resolving see yourdoctor to rule iut blood clot.

Allergic reaction?: could be allergic reaction to medicine, food, or result from viral infection. see dermatologist to find out why if it's a real concern.

i have a pulmonary embolism after foot surgery about five weeks ago - i am on blood thinner tablets but i have a hot spot on my leg (same one i had surgery) its about midway between my ankle and my knee could this be another blood clot - my hips are?

Unlikely a : "deep" blood clot since blood thinners , especially the newer ones, are quite effective in preventing seep vein thrombosis (clots) which then could travel to the lungs. Rather I  suspect acute superficial phlebitis. Inform your treating consultant ASAP  since bacterial issues may be an issue here. In the meantime..APPLY HOT packs and elevate the leg.

: Trauma to the coccyx and low back, with resultant lower extremity signs and symptoms, merit a careful exam and imaging of the spine, low back, legs and feet.  See your doctor for the exam or for a referral to an appropriate specialist.
