Bruise or hematoma: Its possible that blood is under skin and its called hematoma or bruise . Most of them do not need treatment and usually fade and disappear within two weeks.

Q-tips are a no-no!: To remove earwax at home, use an ear syringe with warm water.  Q-tips and other objects can injure the ear canal and the ear drum as well.  If it doesn't wash out with an ear syringe, see an ENT specialist who has instruments that easily remove wax under direct vision

Exam needed: Itching of ear canal combined with some discharge is consistent with otitis externa, treated with ear drops containing antibacterial,antifungal and anti-inflammatory ingredients(cortisone type) such as cortisporin otic. However since you drew blood and have earache, an examination of the external and middle ear via an otoscope is recommended to look for significant trauma to the ear canal and drum

No: Interesting location for this kind of blister. Best to let it run its course and let the body take care of it. If you pop it, you will then have an open wound which can become infected. Muscle spasm: Occasional flat stools are usually a combination of soft stool and tight muscles.  Consistently flat stools are of concern, especially if combined with needing to strain to pass stool or pain with passing stool.  However, since you are having some bleeding an examination is indicated to make sure it is not something more important.

Could be blood clot: A blood clot, though uncommon, is possible from vigorous oral sex or from an injury riding a bike or other impact related activity. It can also be a manifestation of an std. You have been tested. Has any professional  actually examined you?  Needs to be evaluated especially if it persists.  Some lesions may not "grow out" or be sampled. This is a false negative result .  Be sure to be checked!

Blister: The best way to find out is to have a viral culture of the blister and be evaluated by a doctor; however , blister can be from herpes infection, dry /scaly itch can be for fungal infection, last but not least, any genital lesion can be syphilis because syphilis is called the great imitator.

Yes: It sounds like a urethritis, but could mean prostatitis, especially with burning at tip.  More info such as sex activity, other problems eg diabetes, colon troubles, injuries etc. If it continues go see your GP or a urologist.
