my d is experiencing blood on end of stool & on tissue. 3rd day in a row but only on morning bm! have gp appointment for 5 days, is this soon enough?

Yes: As long and it is just small amounts of blood on the tissue and not large amounts it is likely ok to wait.  This can be caused by hemorrhoids.

Probably hemorrhoid: If it's bright red blood and on the outside of stool at the end or on the toilet paper, and you don't have any other signs or symptoms of an abdominal issue, it is likely due to a hemorrhoid. If you have a family hx of colon cancer or you have significant abdominal symptoms you might want to have someone take a look.  Hemorrhoids at your age will generally clear up if you just avoid constipation.

i woke up this morning and went to the toilet. then after i finished i discovered slight blood in my stool. please what shld i do?

Just watch: Most probably a hemmorhoid.  But if bleeding increases or you develop pain, you should be seen.

Blood on paper: Rectal blood is abnormal and must be explained, but in your case it probably is a benign situation from hard stool with possible anal fissure or hemorrhoids. Take a daily stool softener like colace, (docusate sodium) eat foods high in fiber and drink adequate fluids every day. If traces of rectal blood continue see your physician or a proctologist for evaluation and advice.

Further evaluation: It is not normal to have blood in the stool. A lot of things can give you blood in the stool such as bleeding from hemorrhoids, diverticular bleeding, infections/inflammations  such as crohn's, ischemic bowel, malignancy etc.  You should see and talk to your doctor about episodes of blood in the stool and you would need to get further evaluations and work-up - and colonsocopy would be one of them.

ED: Seek care from a physician via Emergency Department or elsewhere.  It could be something benign like your gastrocolic reflex mediating severe diarrhea with irritation leading to blood in stool but this is highly unlikely.  I would get seen as soon as possible even emergently.

i,m 17 year , i had blood in my stool but after taking pills it stopped but i feel little bit weak and have stool with some little black spots?

See gi doctor: See a gi doctor. Blood in the stool can be serious. You may need some other tests such as a CT scan or endoscopy. Black tarry stools can be seen in gi bleeding. get a heme occult test as well.

Check other sources: Menstrual cycle after your period ended 7 days doesn't seem normal for your age. Are you sure it is your period? Go to your primary care physician to do a rectal exam and guiac test  and urinalysis to determine whether this blood is coming from your stools, urine, or menstrual cycle. From there, your doctor can determine how to treat you.

i was poured a beer last night. and in the bottom was 2 large shards a glass, only noticed once the beer was nearly finished. i'm concerned that i may have swallowed glass. it was 17 hrs ago. i have been to the toilet twice with no blood in my stools. i f

Keep monitoring: It might come out with stool. Goo to ER in case of a sharp pain.

i had bloody stools for a week now the blood has stopped and when i eat even a bit of food i have diareha that's bright yellow and  look like jelly?

Blood in stool: abnormal and concerning for rectal or colon cancer.  Diarrhea is also abnormal, but it is most likely infection.  Other possibilities are ulcerative or Crohn's colitis, diverticulitis, or ischemic colitis.  You must see a doctor for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
