No: Some folks' kidneys leak a tiny bit of glucose. With healthy blood levels, it is a non problem.

Urine glucose: If your GTT is OK and the 2 hour urine only a trace high, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
That said, be careful with your food and drink intake.

: Yeast infection is a good bet, can be difficult to diagnose, and is far more common than allergic vaginitis. Blood in urine might be a separate problem. Glucose in urine usually means diabetes regardless of A1c. Keep working with your doctor and ask about trying anti-yeast treatment. Good luck.

Check it more: Glucose in the urine indicates the blood sugar (bs) is high enough to overwhelm the ability of the kidneys to recover all of the glucose from filtered blood, as the filtrate travels the path toward becoming urine. People vary greatly in their ability to recover this filtered glucose. Some even have glucose in the urine when blood sugar is totally normal. Get more bs readings to be sure no diabetes.
