Here are some...: Most likely the described bump is a sebaceous gland-related cyst and has been manually fiddled resulting in its internal oozing and exuding. So, stop squeezing it and have a doc take a look for confirmation so to deduce right Dx for right Rx, care, and counseling now and in the future.

how do if i know if blood isn't flow to my testicles correctly?

Testicular Torsion: No blood flow to the testicle occurs when the stalk that goes to the testicle twists, blocking the blood vessels within.  The blood flow is reduced or absent, resulting in severe pain, elevation of the testicle in the scrotum and often nausea or vomiting.  
If you suspect this is occurring at any time, this is an emergency. If not fixed with 6-8 hours, testicle death and loss is common.

Interesting...: If one's left hand looks fine and is working normally as usual with no symptoms, we don't go checking to see if the left hand is injured. Likewise, if one's left testicle looks the same, feels the same, and acts the same as usual, plus has no symptoms, we don't go checking to see if it is injured... unless the "mechanism of injury" is one that almost guarantees damage was done.

Epididymitis: You probably have an infection in the prostate gland and/or the epididimis.

ER: Best to go to the ER , or if you can wait a few hours and get in to a primary care provider, do that. May need a urology referral. Hope this helps!

GENITAL TRAUMA: Bleeding secondary to trauma can be localized to the testicle. Lab. For blood and  urine can be normal.

Some possibilities: While masturbation, depending on how traumatic/rough one is could potentially cause this- it would be unlikely. A more likely cause would be a urinary tract infection, kidney stone, or even epidydimytis/prostatitis. Bottom line is you need to call your doctor, and get a urinalysis and culture
