In general cocaine has the fastest elimination and THC (cannabis) the longest. In a chronic user THC may be positive for month after last use.

Neither thick/thin: The term "blood thinner" is really not a medical term, and makes people think that blood gets "thinned out" when you take these medications, so it must be "thick" without them.  Some people have too many clotting factors in their blood (which doesn't make it thick, just more likely to clot) and anticoagulants make that less likely to happen. Methamphetamine causes MANY other problems. Get help now

start with metformin and up the dose to max 2.5 grms a day, 
goal not reached add a sulphonlurea like Glipizide etc and max the dose, if goal not met
add actose if you feel comfortable
add ddp inhibiter like Onglyza (saxagliptin) or another
combination are available as we.

It depends: It depends upon what is tested.  As you probably know, some drugs are stored in fat cells in your body and can show up in your blood or urine for up to 30 days.  There are also tests for metabolites of some drugs, which could be found in your blood for even longer periods of time.  It would be unlikely for a blood test to detect drug usage when the last dose was &gt; 30 days ago.

Depends on drugs: Some drugs induce the enzyme, which means it makes the enzyme break down other drugs more rapidly.  Some drugs interfere with enzyme functioning, which means the other drug will break down more slowly.  Post the specific drugs and we'll give you specific info on them.
