Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. 
Your symptoms suggest pelvic inflammatory disease and you need to be evaluated by an in person examination.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

implanon out 9/23/14. cycle started 3 days ago.. urge to urinate but huge blood clots comes out. no cycle during implanon very irregular.  clots why?

Blood in urine: Painful urination with passing of blood and clots can be seen with urinary tract infection or stones in the urinary bladder.  Since the blood is fresh and at the end of the urinary stream, inflammation in the bladder outlet may be present. A urologist is best qualified to evaluate you and appropriate tests will be done. You will need urinalysis/urine culture and urine cytology (looks for abnormal cells in urine), ct scan (or ultrasound) to see the urinary tract, and a cystoscopy (a camera to look inside the bladder.  Are you a smoker?
