R/O BAKER'S CYST: Your SX are suggestive of a bakers cyst that may be leaking or potentially ruptured. You need to be examined and have an US or potentially MRI performed On the affected knee and calf. Seek prompt medical attention. Also ortho consult for steroid injection vs arthroscopic removal

LE hematoma: if a skin deep hematoma you can see the " black and blue mark", if  in muscle  diagnosed by ultrasound. Can  take up to a month or so depending on size. There are also bone bruises when the bone marrow gets  edema, muscle sprains,  and there are clots which can be quite dangerous as part can dislodge &amp;move elsewhere like the lung. Please F/U w/doc/ER today may need sonongram

Muscle strain: Possible muscle strain. Also, some have baker's cyst, a fluid filled structure related to the knee joint. Seeing doctor may help sort things out.

Pregnancy: To be absolutely sure you're pregnant, you will need a positive pregnancy test. If you missed your period or your "period" was lighter than usually, and your pg test is negative, repeat it in 2 weeks to be absolutely sure.

Less likely: Blood clots are usually associated with some degree of swelling due to blood pooling caused by the clotted vein. 
Also, bilateral venous clotting is highly doubtful, so i'd look for another plausible explanation.

It's possible: Usually clots are more likely to appear in one leg or the other, appearing in both legs simultaneously is less common.  However, it is possible to have clots in 2 legs at once.  You should contact your primary care doctor or go to your local emergency room for an ultrasound to rule out a deep vein thrombosis or "blood clot" which can be life threatening.
