A physician needs to know the location of the pain .Point at it with one finger and be able to discuss its onset, location, duration, radiation to other sties, alleviating and associated factors. The blood clot is likely secondary to cytokines or body's chemical signaling mechanism, people who undergo chemo / have a history of cancer have a higher possibility of getting blood clots due to this. It's called a hypercoagulable state. The blockage could be secondary to chemotherapy, hang in there, keep close follow up with your doctor.

Old blood and clots: could mean either pregnancy or infection.  I would make sure to check a pregnancy test, then if negative check it again 1 week later.  You do not want to have a miscarriage and not know it.  If everything is negative, then you have irregular bleeding from cycle and may need to see a GYN to regulate it again, especially after 3-4 months of similar bleeding.
