Probably : Bleeding inside the uterus is normal after birth. If it's a blood clot it will come out with your period. Also Breast feeding helps you cramp and push blood out as well as squeeze your uterus so you bleed less.

Breast pain: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination &amp; other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. 
Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.

i have 2 day old infant (2nd child) and i have extremely sore cracked nipples.i pumped milk and right breast milk had blood clots. help please. ?

Don't worry!: some bleeding from the nipples is normal and if the baby gets a little of your blood in the milk it is ok. If there is a lot, you could dump it if it makes you feel better. Use a gentle barrier ointment like lanolin on your nipples after nursing. Make sure to vary nursing positions and alternate starting breast. See a lactation consult if things don't improve in a few days.

Yes: Your symptoms are considering. Please see the Emergency Department and request a screening evaluation for an embolism.There are several possible causes which necessitate a work up

Chest pain: At your age serious pathology is unlikely though not Impossible ;anxiety is a diagnosis of exclusion so get checked out for complete reassurance

Collaterals: You thrombosed more than your "biceps". You are fortunate you just have this. Your thrombus probably occluded the drainage from your entire upper extremity. The blood now gets back from your arm via a different route. Mr. Stallone had the same thing happen while making "Cliffhanger" and covered the new veins with a tattoo.

Need evaluation: It would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation. You may be exercising too hard for your physiology. Sometimes exercise worsens asthma.

It could always : be something else but why do you think a blood clot?  A blood clot at your age especially, would be very very unusual. Your doctor thought bronchitis based on your history and physical exam.  He or she is the best to determine that.

Blood clots: Well, unless you have other risk factors, a pulmonary embolism (blood clot to the lungs) is not really likely.  Any history of family heart disease or lung disease?  You have asthma, from looking at your medications, so are these related?  Have you increased your exercise recently?  Any injuries/trauma/surgeries?  If you are worried, I would get evaluated.  Good luck!
