Yes it is possible: It is possible but unlikely.
You probably are compressing the nerve behind your knees and this is creating the pain.

Knee/leg pain: If you have redness, tenderness, swelling with increased warmth in the back of the lower leg, these are classic signs of DVT or deep vein thrombosis. You will need to seek emergency attention for that. Risks are pe or pulmonary embolus which is where the clot goes to your lungs and can be fatal. Other reasons for this inflammation you are experiencing are: bursitis/cellulitis/overuse. Need exam.

DVT: Hi, if your ultrasound is negative then it's very unlikely to have blood clot in leg, most likely you have some sort of muscle tiredness and cramping due to overuse, trauma due to exercise, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance but most likely reason would be overuse of the muscles in leg.

See orthopedist: Fracture would be unlikely if there wasn't a definite injury, but the bruise suggests that something may have happened which you weren't aware of.  Blood clot is unlikely in the foot.  I would recommend evaluation by an orthopedist, to include x-rays.

Very rear: Use moist heat and Motrin for a while it will go away.

Not usually: Did you bump or hurt your foot?  Does the bump hurt?  Does the bump feel hard or does it dip in with pressure?   Does it hurt in your shoe?
