Blisters: The most important thing to remember about blisters is this; never pop them.  As long as the blister is intact, it is a sterile environment.  The best treatment for a blister is to apply betadine to it 2-3 times a day until it dries up.  Once it dries up it will separate and fall off.  This will speed up the healing process.

Protect and clean: Apply antibiotic ointment and a bandaid or light dressing. Prevent excessive pressure on area from tight or poor fitting shoes. Try to determine what caused this to occur and avoid that situation. If this continues to recur, see podiatrist.

Needs to see: See podiatrist for properly diagnose and treat, could many things, including ulcer, abcess/infection or soft tissue growth. Was any trauma involved?

Nope: If your not a diabetic or immunocompromised , if you have a sterile instrument pierce the roof of the blister and allow the blood to drain. The bandage it up. If you are afraid or unsure how to do this see a foot doctor.
