Be not afraid!: Do not be embarrassed as you need to have it looked at to get it properly diagnosed and treated.  These types of things are very common and seen often, the Dr. is used to it and it is part of our jobs to see these thing and then we can help people.  Get it checked as it has been a year already. Cherry Angioma: This is most likely an angioma, a dilated capillary/benign vascular tumor.  They are not usually a health problem, more of an aesthetic issue.  If it's small they are easily treated with a laser.  Popping will just cause bleeding, but no improvement in the actual angioma itself.

Sores: Likely a rash due to friction from tight clothing, heat, sweat. Try to wear loose fitting clothes a few days. Can apply destin cream or vitamin A &amp; D ointment to affected areas if not open blisters for couple of times of day  for few days. Keep area dry and clean. Consult your doctor if worsens or no improvement or blisters open/bleed.

See a Dr.: See your Dr or a Dr at an urgent care facility. This bleeding is probably caused by a blood vessel that just needs to be cauterized. It is a simple procedure with minimal risk and can be completed in a matter of minutes.

how can  you treat a blood blister?

Leave or release: If the pressure is unbearable, clean it and a sterile needle with some alcohol and puncture it from the side to release the blood.  Do not remove the roof as this will act as a natural dressing until the skin underneath heals and pushes this dead skin off.   I recommend aquaphor and a bandage for 24 hrs after puncturing.  And do not touch it if you are diabetic and it is on your foot - get checked.
