i'm male and injured the tip of urethra with my zipper. no pain except for initial incident, but some minor bleeding occured after the fact(small amounts of blood). should this be concerning and should i seek medical attention?

: Typically, this would be a minor  and self-limited event, with  rapid stabilization and healing.  If all normal functions are present, would not know why a physician might be needed.

on vacation. dried tissue blocking urethra (male). had to pee- urine couldn't come out due to tissue, urethra balooned +sudden pain, followed by blood. now: pain in urethra + drops of blood after urination. is this serious or will it heal on its own?

Urethral obstruction: Sounds like you have a urethral stricture or perhaps some sort of growth obstructing the urethra. It probably won't clear on its own, and the longer it continues, the more you will be at risk for potentially serious complications, such as infection or even kidney failure. See a urologist ASAP.

hello i have 3 ulcers in my urethra i am male . i have done all std checks and blood tests .antiobiotics have cleared any infection so the cause is unknown. the cystopcopy was done and the uroligist found the ulcers .how long to heal in constant pain?

: The urologist should also told you of possible cause and its treatment. If not- pl ask her/him. without knowing further detail cant give diag and treatment. Hope you do better

You may need xrays, etc.

Products of inflamm: Hi diamond 91, the thick pus is exudate with rich cellular debris and proteins.  Commonly seen with blood, it can be something common like folliculitis or some other inflammatory process.  Depends on your history or most recent hx.

Things to monitor is for fever or if you feel worsening condition, go see your md.

little black dots are appearing on my skin and they go under and then cause lines almost like filled with puss or blood?

: I can't think of any skin lesions that would morph into lines filled with blood or pus.  I recommend having a dermatologist inspect these lesions and then advise you.
