Bloating: Bloating after colostomy depends on when you had the colostomy done, it can be a bowel  blockage and you may need to return to your surgeon or go to the emergency room for further evaluation.

Crohn's,cancer: These persistent symptoms must be addressed by your gastroenterologist and/or your colorectal surgeon. Appropriate testing will be done. Concern is for active inflammation(Crohn's) of the intestinal tract, complications from prior surgery, or recurrent malignancy.

intense sugar craving and bad gas upon consumption of any type of sugar (fruits or refined even bread) also bloating and cramps, constant stomach sounds (intestines) itch on hand feet top of my head and bad dry skin (dehydration). bone pain and nick.

Keto diet?: Not sure if your issue is allergy or gluten sensitivity or what, but a trial of low or no carbs in the diet should alleviate much of your discomfort. Get together with registered dietician or GI doctor and fix your intake to something you can live with, also suggest daily probiotic to reduce bloating and cramps

Isometric exercises: Isometric exercises will be helpful to build abdominal muscle and avoid big pressure changes inside your belly that could lead to hernia. The ostomy is technically a type of hernia. You want to avoid coughing, straining and lifting to decrease risk for parastomal hernia. Also using an abdominal binder can help with getting your muscle in space, while protecting your stoma.

Depends : On quality and character of pain. I suspect this was for diverticulitis perforation with colostomy and then takedown?  You could have same thing happen again if the pain is constant, sharp and steady esp with fever or chills. Other possibility would be constipation or adhesion. Need to call ur medical doctor.

for about 1 week now i've been having intermittent sharp pain on my left temple and towards the back of head some i.m 55 yrs. old i have crohn's disease with a colostomy.  could this be neuralagia? what should i do. is there anything i can do at home?

Considerations: This could represent trigeminal neuralgia V-1, but could also be a sign of giant cell arteritis, and even a migraine variant.  See your physician, get evaluated, and start appropriate therapy.  There is truly little you can "do at home", as troublesome possibilities need to be addressed and ruled out.

65y/o male, w/colostomy bag, surgery 13wk ago&nothing but sick, vomiting some blood, dehydrated, feces in stomach, bags don't work.lost faith in doc.advise?

Go to ER: If dehydrated and elderly, with vomiting, and sick--this is too complicated a patient to try to 'nurse' back to health at home--go to er for evaluation, blood tests, imaging, and IV fluids / medications. They may be able to identify what is going on. Call ems/911 if cannot get him there on own.

IBD: Ibd is a term to describe either ulcerative colitis or crohn's disease.  Their manifestations are quite different from one another.  With crohn's disease, it can present with inflammation at anywhere in the intestinal tract, so oral ulcer development is possible.  Ulcerative colitis localizes in the colon only.  Abdominal pain/distention can occur in  both.

A ton: Many causes but most common are overrating , too much soda,too much alcohol or  bad food habits,eating at odd times,stomach ulcer/inflammation are a few.food poisoning is a big one too. Try to avoid fast food, frozen food, restaurant food, junk food for a week and drink lot of water .
