Change diet: some people can control this with diet.  Smaller portions, less spicy, fatty, greasy foods.  Do not eat 3 hrs before lying down.  No coffee, alcohol, smoking.  If this changes don't help, some medicine can help.

Maybe constipated: It is probably due to constipation, eat high fiber food, drink plenty of fluid eat fruits and vegetables ; may try over the counter laxative and see if it helps

Gas: Gas is formed from swallowing air, bacterial production or fermentation. Changing your diet and adding good bacteria( probiotics) can help. Simethicone is a medicine used for gas.

i took miralax once in 17 grams (recommended dosage), and stopped 6 days ago, and still have flatulence and bloated stomach and very painful stomach until now which is the 6th day, as well as weight gain. is that normal? how can i stop those symptoms?

: Those symptoms may not be the side effects of a single miralax dose 6 days ago, especially the weight gain. I suggest light diet and take 10 cc of mylanta or any antacid + simethicone before each meal and at bedtime at the same time for a couple days.

90% of intestinal: air comes from swallowing the air. There is unlikely to be anything wrong with your stomach however you may have dental issues that result in your swallowing excessive air. Do you chew and eat with your mouth open? You could try some OTC products like Beano , etc. but I bet you just need to consciously avoid swallowing air when you eat.

Exam required: symptoms are worrisome and you should be examined and certainly get an abdominal ultrasound to rule out gallbladder disease.

Could be either.: Try keeping a log of everything you're eating, your bowel movements and what else is going on in your life. Lactose intolerance typically causes gas and sometimes diarrhea and crampy abdominal pain, but not necessarily back pain. IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) certainly can cause these symptoms, but is a diagnosis of exclusion. You should consult with your doctor to help you figure this out.
