See you doctor: Meanwhile,  my best guess would be some form of gastritis...I would use a good stomach antacid for several days and see what it did.

ive had very weak and painful legs the last three days. all i have done is go to the zoo last saturday. i had stomach issues monday night, but my legs are hurting. the top of my stomach is very bloated and painful as well. what could be going on?

: This is something that needs a full exam and workup by your primary care Dr. There are so many possible causes for this array of symptoms. It could be anything from food poisoning or viral gastroenteritis, or Lyme disease from an infected tick, or some other infection. Don't delay. Seek urgent care if symptoms continue and you can't get in to see your DR.

Dyspnea : Need more information from you. Do you have heart, liver or kidney Failure. All three can give symptoms that you are describing. Seek immediate medical attention if symptoms are persistent.  Shortness of breath OR DYSPNEA is a serious symptom. As is sudden abdominal distention, which could indicate Ascites or intra-abdominal fluid collection due to three reasons described above.

Exam needed: Persistent pain in the right lower abdomen, especially if there's associated tenderness, is characteristic of acute appendicitis which is the commonest cause of persistent abdominal pain. I recommend getting examined by a physician in the hospital emergency room where prompt attention and testing are available.

Maybe: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.

This may be due to: Pain post op, less mobility post op, use of narcotic medication postop or even an ileus residual post op (bowels not fully functioning).  If he had an approach thru the abdomen, this is more likely. However, a gastritis or an ulcer can also be triggered from stress of surgery & so can a gallbladder attack.  He may also be dehydrating so see your surgeon. There are also several other possibilities.

i get upset stomach, red bloated face, headache and vomiting feeling after drinking two three sips of any alcohol. my mother is same. while our ancestors from asia i am turk so i don't think it's asian glow(aldh2). what can it be?

: You have typical symptoms of alcohol intolerance which is likely hereditary in your case (a Turkish but Asian descendant).
Sometimes, you may be allergic with other ingredients in the alcoholic beverages such as sulfites, chemicals or some grains. Allergy can be hereditary as well because your mom has same problem.

i was diagnosed with a uti been on antibiotics for three days. my stomach continues to bloat. i have pain in my right side when i begin to urinate. is this normal for a uti? i'm female 31 and have had a tubal.

Need re-evaluation: While your symptoms may indicate a severe attack of urinary infection, it should be at least getting better with medication. If you see no improvement you may revisit your doctor and discuss if further analysis of Urine by culture is necessary to determine the exact medication for your type of bacteria.
