Core muscles workout: Without an integrated core muscle training program I do not think the belly band will do much other than providing extra support for your core muscles.

i'm bloated, and when lifting my leg and bending at the waist, i have severe discomfort in my abdomen. is this just bloating or maybe more serious?

If Severe, see a MD: Anytime you have severe discomfort it could be something more serious. Hernias, gallstones, infection of the colon, ovarian cysts can all cause bloating and severe abdominal discomfort. I suggest you go see a physician

Pain: Please discuss it personally with a physician especially if you have pain now. It could be constipation, pancreatitis, gastritis, appendicitis to mention few possibilities. Take care.

Water weight?: Wondered the same thing myself...... Most of the weight in body is indeed water therefore water weight.  But water remains in body only because of influence of salt - sodium in particular.  If you eat a large amount of salt,you will retain water. Certain hormones can cause sodium retention as well. Taking a diuretic or eating a low salt diet can reduce water weight.

i wore tight jeans for a day, never again now when i eat it sort of hurts bloat and gas no adoninal pain will i be ok will organs be ok waist sore

Abdominal gas: Your symptoms are not likely related to your "tight jeans". You did not damage your internal organs by wearing tight jeans for a day.

See your doctor: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor.  This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

Kidneys?: The region you describe is the left kidney.  If were a kidney stone you would likely have commented on a very intense pain.  Fever and feeling sick would be aroused by kidney infection.  Again the pain can be severe and induce an er visit.  You probably have a back muscle strain and spasm.

: At your age most likely osteoarthritis. AKA wear and tear arthritis. Your body is talking to you. Listen.  Take good notes. Share with a Dr who can examine you.

This may or may not: be serious. Chest pain is always something that should never wait. You should check with your doc ASAP.
