Time & technique: Did you miss your period? It is usually better to do hpt 4-5 days after the missed period; use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. If you did hpt before you missed your period you may wish to repeat it. If you had your period, and still have the symptoms, then you need to discuss the matter with your doctor.

but seriously, are you pregnant?  If not, 
sore breasts can be from excess ovary hormones, medications, herbs, supplements, foods, poor breast support, or undiagnosed diabetes.  Frequent urination can also be from diabetes.  Bloating -- hormones, ulcers, stomach irritationg, smoking, gallstones, food allergies.  See your doctor to check these things.

May be: The bloating, moodiness, breast tenderness,cramping, and backache may all be because your period is about to start but it is also possible that you are pregnant and just did the test too soon. I'd suggest that you start by simply repeating the pregnancy test if you have been having unprotected intercourse. Hope this helps.

Do pregnancy test: Dizziness, lightheadedness, sore breasts, and vomiting are all signs of early pregnancy.  If you have childbearing potential then you should check a pregnancy test.  Otherwise, drink plenty of clear fluids, rest, and take acetaminophen as needed for headache.  If symptoms don't resolve or worsen, see a doctor.

Test: Time to check a pregnancy test.  This could just be PMS exacerbated by your skipped pills, but it may very well be you're pregnant from the same issue.

Can monitor: Generally a lack of PMS symptoms is not a sign of a problem. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.

Need more info: Are you sexually active? If so do you use contraception? If in doubt do a home pregnancy test. If neg wait a week and repeat. If not sexually active there are other things that can cause your complaint and you should consult with your OB/GYN

Pregnant? : Have you started a new birth control regimine or are you possibly pregnant?  You can also be sore from working out or changing some sort of physical activity.

Usually no...: All ovarian cysts have to  be evaluated on a case by case basis.  However, complex cysts usually do not resolve with watching and waiting.  They usually have to be surgically removed and evaluated by the pathologist to determine their true nature.
