my stomach has been hurting me for the past year or so. i get nauseous and bloated for no reason. the pain feels like a knife is being stabbed into me?

Stomach pain: This can be many things.  It can be irritation of the stomach (gastritis), an ulcer or gallbladder disease.  Your doctor will probably try some antacids, consider h pylori testing, an esophogram if there's any sign of reflux, a GI referral +/- an endoscopy.  Pain going on this long needs a thorough workup!  best of luck!

i have a lump in my stomach right in the middle of my chest below my breasts. it is painful and hard to the touch. i feel really bloated for no reason?

Painful "lump" ?: If the "painful lump" is in the midline below the rib cage, it may be an umbilical hernia with trapped fat or even small intestine. See a general surgeon for evaluation.

You may have: irritable bowel syndrome or gall bladder disease. See your Dr and get tested. There are medications now for irritable bowel,so theres no need to suffer. Ultrasound of GB will tell if you have stones. Hope this helps!

i have noticed in the last few days that i have a lost of appetite and feel full really fast.  i almost feel bloated. any reason for concern?

Too soon to tell: Are you taking any medications that could be bothering your stomach? These symptoms are nonspecific at this time but could be due to gastritis(inflammation of the gastric lining). At this time i suggest a bland diet, avoidance of caffeine and alcohol. For the bloating try mylanta 1/2 hour after meals and at bedtime.  See your md if symptoms worsen or persist.

Bloating: If you've suddenly increased your vegetables and fruits, your intestinal track is working overtime to digest these foods. Add a good probiotic at bed time and take 1-3 digestive enzymes with each meal. That should help.

why do i feel bloated and  put on a lot of weight, i am diabetic  and have pcis, could this be the reason?

Diabetes itself: Sometimes the medications for diabetes can ironically cause people to gain weight which unfortunately makes diabetes harder to treat. If you meant pcos then usually women that are overweight tend to get pcos i don't know if pcos itself causes weight gain.  Definitely talk to your doctor about safe weight loss.

+/- Gastroparesis?: Consider gastroparesis=a slow-emptying stomach that is most symptomatic after the stomach fills from meals. Maybe its functional due to brainstem reflexes induced by eating--often exaggerated in irritable bowel syndrome resulting in altered perception of gut distension, "growling", ;modified transit of food. Sometimes, gastric outlet delay may reflect inflammation, scarring, biliary disease, more.

i have heard people being the most bloated in the morning when they wake up and least bloated before bed. but i am the other way round. most bloated before bed and flat stomach when i wake up in the morning. any reason for that?

: You may try to change your eating routine. Try to reduce your intake in the afternoon/evening.
Your premise about timing of bloating is not necessarily correct.
