Nausea & bloating: There are lots of reasons for abdominal bloating & nausea, & not all of them are due to the GI tract. Even "functional" syndromes may be present without underlying "disease." however psbo (paralyzed gut) due to metabolic & inflammatory conditions nearby (like an untreated infection of the urinary tract) must be considered & addressed. Check with your doctor for examination & treatment options.

Risks?: At your age, unless you have a heart condition, you should be at very low risk of cardiac arrest.  Some things that can increase your risk include nutritional imbalances from an eating disorder and being exposed to drugs that affect your heart, like cocaine. If you have some exposure to these or other unusual circumstances, then you should seek emergency care.

Unrelated: Doubt the cyst is causing your symptd. Do you have roud, hard stools, or strain to go ? Have a lot of gas? These are signs of constipation and cause bloating and nausea. At your age constipation is very common( even if you go daily you can still have it, it is qualit not frequency that determines constipation ) and often overlooked.

Gastritis/gallbladde: You should be checked for irritation in your gastrointestinal tract, specifically your stomach and gallbladder. The bloating is due to gas: often peope with stress involintarily hypersecrete acid and bile as well as "gulp in" air or hyperventilate. No matter what these conditions should be evaluated with examination and blood testing.

Delayed period: It is very common for a period to suddenly be abnormal or late due to some hormonal changes. It is usually nothing to worry about. If with in next 2 - 3 cycles it does not get regular then you should see an Ob / Gyn doctor. It will be also good idea to get home pregnancy test to be on safe side if you are sexually active.

Gender would help: If you are female then, premenstrual symptoms or menstrual symptoms.  If you are male vague GI symptoms which could be anything from indigestion to diverticulitis to a bad cheeseburger.  No matter which gender, GI flu symptoms (i.E the 24 hr. Stomach bug)...Though truth be told i'm not sure thee is a virus that only attacks the GI system...So the symptoms could just be from a viral infection.
