i have a small cluster of blisters on my upper thigh and now it has spread to my butt. the area hurts so badly and now my butt itches so much. what should i do?

Possible shingles: You may have shingles, the second coming of chicken pox. Get yourself to your dermatologist asap for a proper diagnosis. If you do have it, it hurts, is contagious to people who have never had chicken pox, and can leave you in pain long after the skin lesions are gone.

i am suffering from vitiligo and a few days ago i woke up with a blister on my outer upper thigh. could vitiligo be the culprit?

Not related.: If the blister is small and short-lived, don't worry over it. If it becomes painful and more generalized, consult you doctor asap.  It is not directly related to vitiligo.

Yes please: It is important that you visit a doctor. A hot fluid burn can be deeper than you realize and it's important to have the right dressings applied from the outset to ensure good healing. The burn wound may also be infected and you may need antibiotic cover.

A couple: .. possibilities come to mind when considering hives that consistently occur after intercourse.  Cholinergic urticaria (hives triggered by heat), contact sensitivity (latex condoms?  although this may more commonly be associated with poison ivy-like rash), seminal plasma hypersensitivity (semen allergy-usually person specific, but also usually a burning sensation).  Can try otc cetirizine.

single red bump/pimple on upper thigh ( like where jean pocket would be ) been with same partner for years no none herpes in relationship. tried to pop it and bleed a lot afterwards. wouldnt say looks like blister. is this herpes?

: From your description it is more likely a simple pimple rather than a herpetic lesion which is usually presenting as multiple tiny vesicles on a erythematous skin.

Blister: Avoid wearing the shoes that caused the blister. Do not open it as this can lead to infection. You can get adhesive moleskin to pritect it. If the rash is red and itchy it may be a yeast infection. It is best to have somoen see the rash to diagnose it.

Diagnose: Treatment depends on cause.  Is the pain aroused by directly palpating the region that hurts?  If so then an x- ray might be indicated.  I presume you mean front of thigh. If pain were in back of thigh likely sciatica caused by radiation of pain from nerves next to lumbar spine or pelvic girdle joints.  Since pain goes not to foot is probably not lumbar disk problem.  See osteopath for diagnosis.

a varicose vein: Veins that have texture (you can feel them) and are larger than 3 mm are usually varicose veins.  This is true if they are discolored or not.  These can be removed by a vein specialist or phlebologist.
