See a Dermatologist: Blistering bites can be caused by many things.  If you are certain it is fleas, then take the appropriate action with pest control.  However, i would suggest seeing a dermatologist to have the blisters evaluated and treated.  That way you can make sure the blisters are, in fact, from fleas and not something else. Ice: Ice will help.  Ibuprophen for the pain.  Be careful biting foods so you don't  do it again.  This will heal in a day or two.

: Best thing to do after a first degree burn is to put ice on it, to cool it down and to stop further thermal damage to the tissue. Keep ice over it for as long as you can. You can take aspirin or advil or alleve or ibuprofen as anti-inflammatories  and to help with the pain.  If the skin is disrupted, silvadene ointment can help prevent jnfection. Keep the wound clean.

? Impetigo: What you describe sounds suspicious for impetigo, a strep infection of your skin. You can have a tiny break in your skin that you were not even aware of, and the normal skin bacteria could then enter in and cause a local strep infection. The "scabbing" is what makes me especially suspicious. Try washing with antibacterial wash, put on antibiotic ointment, and if not better in a few days, see doc.
