Try washing the eyelids with Johnson’s’ s baby shampoo 1-2 x daily and using herbal anti anxiety agents such as kava kava, see a psychologist to work on decreasing the anxiety without medications or discuss pharmacological treatment for anxiety and depression with your doctor.
