Multi-Issue Concern: Rectal bleeding of any sort is a concern.  There are numerous causes including parasitic infections or tumors.  Unchecked it can lead to nutrient deficiencies, iron loss and anemia.  Anemias can lead to headaches, fatigue and dizziness.  Typically stool testing, bloodwork and nutrient deficiency screening are done to address these issues.  See your physician for assistance.

Anorectal: Most common causes would be anorectal problems, such as hemorrhoids, anal fissure, or fistula. Less likely would be inflammatory bowel disease, eg ulcerative colitis. It's unlikely you have a colorectal cancer or bleeding diverticulum. Certainly if this persists, speak to your doctor. Good luck.

Cosult your doctor or a gastroenterologist.You need a thorough History and Physical Exam including rectal exam and may need colonoscopy if indicated
