I don't know why you: Are bleeding.  Are you having any other symptoms? Please contact your gynecologist. If you are hemorrhaging you need to go to er asap.

Bleeding and prego: You need to call your doctor immediately to report this and get an examination.  If you are bleeding heavily go to the ER if you can not see your doctor right away.

Very common: The most common reason for spotting, or bleeding after intercourse is an irritation of the cervix. But an us is needed to view the location of the placenta, cervical length, and to look for retro-placental bleeds. The hormones of pregnancy cause blood vessels to dilate throughout the body, where they are close to the surface they bleed (gums, nose as well).

Unlikely: urine test, if done correctly, have become more accurate.  Based on what you describe it is unlikely you are pregnant

Not likely ectopic: An ectopic pregnancy typically progresses rapidly and painfully, and often can become life-threatening after even a few weeks.  Four months of bleeding is unlikely to be from an ectopic.  However, it certainly needs a work-up.  See your doctor.  They will probably do a pelvic exam, check you for infections, and maybe get an ultrasound of your uterus.

Menstruation...: ...is a good sign that you are not pregnant; however, the best way to alleviate your fears is to take a pregnancy test (if it has been at least 10-14 days since intercourse). In the future, talk to your GYN about a secondary form of birth control (such as the pill) to see what works for you to use WITH condoms (100% of the time to avoid STI infections).

Seems unlikely: If you really had normal flow for 4 days then it seems unlikely that you were pregnant. A blood test would be definitive.

Do pregnancy test: That question is best answered by done a home test.  Pregnancy tests are generally reliable by 12 days after ovulation, so it should be reliable now.

Ob ultrasound:  any pregnancy that is within 6 months of a cesarean section has me a little worried about whether or not your scar has healed and whether or not the pregnancy is growing in the scar itself. You should establish prenatal care withan OB doctor early and get an ultrasound to make sure that this pregnancy is healthy. Take prenatal vitamins.
