i have been taking isotretinoin since october 31st. i started experiencing back pain, chest pain, and as of today i after using the restroom i was bleeding from my anus. the dermatologist i go to is closed on weekends. what should i do?

CALL dermatologist: would call the derm office and speak with service to get your dermatologist to speak with you or even meet you in the closest ER. If he/she doesn't make contact with you in some way, would seek medical care in your ER and have the ER doc make contact with your dermatologist. Should you or the ER doc be unsuccessful in speaking with your derm,, would consider finding another dermatologist.

i have hameroids few months today i have my cycle day 3 very heavy bleeding and cramps and passing stools with back pain and contractions.  feels tender by the anus as well as itchy.

Unclear question: If you are a male as the data indicates, what cycle are you talking about. If you have hemorrhoids you should see a doctor for treatment. Hemorrhoids with blood clots could be causing your symptoms.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See your doctor: You should let your doctor know you are having pain.  He/she can examine you and possibly run tests to find out the cause.

Possibly: Rectal spasms caused by fissures or hemorrhoids could cause pelvic pain that radiates to the tailbone area.  If you are over the age of 50 or have a strong family history of colon cancer you should see a GI specialist.

By : By bleeding i assume you mean vaginal bleeding?  Prolonged vaginal bleeding not related to your period is called dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Depending on your age, there are a variety of things that could be causing it such as a hormone imbalance, annovulation, pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids, trauma, menopause, inherited bleeding disorders, and rarely, cancer. You should contact your doctor for an evaluation. It's important that the cause of your bleeding be found in order to give you the proper treatment to stop it. If you are bleeding from elsewhere, also give your doctor a call.  Good luck!

Need more info: Having unprotected sexual intercourse opens up a lot of "problems" from pregnancy to infection. Not knowing any of your medical history or age my best advice is to make an appointment with a gynecologist as soon as possible.
