See a GYN: With that many miscarriages you need to consult with a fertility specialist to have tests done to try and determine what is causing recurrent miscarriages.

Ovulation: you can ovulate with material present in the uterus but not if you have an elevated HCG.  If you have concerns about retained products of conception you should see your physician who can order an ultrasound to rule this out.

No: Definitely not. You can have bleeding at 5 weeks for many reasons, but it is not 'implantation, ' that happened almost a month before.

??Nucotriion??: The main ingredients of both Amoxicillin & adco-napamol (acetomenophen + supplements) have been found  safe in pregnancy. The other named med i don't find spelled that way in any data base.

Should not: Bleeding during pregnancy may be common but it is not normal and should always be evaluated by your doctor. A sonogram can be done to confirm there is a viable pregnancy located inside of the the uterus

Pregnant bleeding: You should at least contact your doctor if you're having those symptoms. It is sometimes normal to have a little spotting early in pregnancy but it can also mean a miscarriage, or even an ectopic pregnancy, so you should get it checked out.

Ultrasound needed: An ultrasound can tell you and the MD whether there is any fetal material left inside the uterus post miscarriage.You are also anemic and will need iron replacement therapy.

Yes: With an HCG that high you are almost definitely pregnant. The only concern would be that you could possibly have an ectopic or tubal pregnancy. Be sure to follow up with your OB. If you develop severe increase in the pain or severe bleeding, go to the ER. Hope this helps!
