Many options : Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Likely not pregnant: As you are menstruating, it seems that you are not pregnant.  You can be sure by taking a pregnancy test.  To prevent this concern in the future, I would advise you to use condoms 100% of the time that you choose to be sexually active.

i've had a period for 2 monthes. it stopped for 3 days and then started back up. i'm bleeding through 3-4 tampon in 2 hours sometimes and am ha ing severe cramps. is this normal or should i bring it up when i see my gyno?

: When you are a teenager, your periods can be quite irregular and also have varying amounts of bleeding. It is due to your hormones not being as regulated as well as when you are in your 20's and 30's. However this irregular pattern/heavy bleeding should be discussed with your gynecologist and many times it can be treated to make you more comfortable and not have unexpected bleeding.

It happens sometimes: Many women have occasional variation of their mucus discharge, some spotting between periods, a heavier period, a lighter period, a longer or shorter period, or even a missed period.  Having one or two of these symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean there is a medical problem, but a visit to one’s primary care or Ob-Gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.

im having my second period in a month after only having a 14 day cycle. the bleeding is light compared to my normal flow, but its been brown and today, on the second day, is starting to turn dark and bright red. im cramping terribly, and feel sick?

Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Depends: Depends on where you are in your cycle. Some women have pain with ovulation. Sometimes after ovulation, the corpus luteum might bleed, which could cause pain.

Accepted Answer

No bleeding: Means no period.  If you have had recent unprotected sex, assume you could be pregnant.  Do a test with first morning urine or go to doc to do a serum test. Protect against unwanted pregnancy and std's by always using a condom and perhaps hormonal birth control too.  Some std's are forever, as are kids.

Bleeding post period: If your period was "on time" and bleeding/cramps occur again shortly after bleeding stops,  if pregnancy is possible, get a serum HCG test asap, as a pregnancy outside the uterus is possible, which needs immediate attention from a physician. There are other causes if the test is negative, so see your gyn provider for an exam and testing.

I do not know: A Gynecologist would be the best Dr. to see and get this evaluated so you can get some treatment as needed.  An anti-inflammatory/NSAID may help the cramping, but get it evaluated and diagnosed especially with the bleeding off cycle, etc.  Good luck.

Common: Sometimes periods last longer than usual. Sometimes there is a little extra blood that comes a few days after the actual period ends. Ibuprofen is great for cramping. If it persists then schedule an appointment.
