Variable: This bleeding can last up until your next normal menses which should occur about 4-5 weeks after the abortion. If the prolonged bleeding becomes heavy or extends for over four weeks it could indicate that there is still some pregnancy tissue left in the uterus. This is best determined by ultrasound scan. If you bleed past 4 weeks or if the bleeding is heavy you must be checked.

Yes: Heavy lifting, cycling, and long distance running may worsen hemorrhoidal symptoms though.

Generally safe.: Once the bleeding has stopped, it is generally safe to go back to normal activity. HOWEVER, if bleeding starts again spontaneously while exercising, you must stop and be evaluated by a physician. Bleeding while exercising may be a sign of clotting abnormality, or hypertension, which are potentially serious.

Not really.: If you already have vaginal bleeding , movement may make it prominent due to gravitational force or clot wakening . However there is not association between vaginal discharge or bleeding with exercise.

Sometimes staying: On your feet for a long time or doing certain exercises such as squatting can cause your hemorrhoids to swell up and may cause bleeding. Bending down should not make a difference.Dont just assume your bleeding is from your hemorrhoids specially if its not associated with any pain or discomfort.You need a anorectal exam and possibly colonoscopy to look for a proximal source. U need to see a GI doc.

my period came after 39 days so it was late, when it came i bled quite a bit but stopped bleeding for a while then i have been bleeding lightly . could increased exercise be the cause of it being light and it being late?

Late period: preg ??: If your periods are usually 28-32 days apart, and you are sexually active, you need to get a serum HCG test for pregnancy from your healthcare provider.  Heavy exercise can alter your menstrual cycle, it is uncommon to continue to "bleed lightly".

: Yes, bleeding post miscarriage can last up to 2 weeks.
