Sore anus after diar: sore anus and bleeding after diarrhea not uncommon and usually associated with irritation of hemorrhoids as a result of diarrhea. Over the counter remedy would be Preparation H (red label with hydrocortisone) twice daily up inside the rectum for 7 days. Of course if diarrhea continues, contact your doc.

should i be concerned about 2x rectal bleeding after diarrhea in 10/19 and 5/22, there may have been red/pink blood specks on toilet paper in my 30s, i am now 45. chronic constipation if i dont take mag. no bleeding recently or regularly?

: Needs more description of the kind of bleeding before we can speculate. In your scenario you should have an exam by your doc for hemorrhoids and then a colonoscopy if he/she feels its indicated

i had a historectamy a little over two weeks ago and ever since i had it. i've had diarrhea ..and its kinda to the point wear its getting raw and bleeding abit ..should i be worried or is this normal?

I presume you had: a vaginal hysterectomy; the incision is inside your vagina and is close to the rectum.  The loose stool usually associated with diarrhea can much more easily travel to the site of the incision and potentially cause an infection.  While not terribly unusual, it is not normal.  Please contact your surgeon; I believe she/he will want you to come in for an exam if there is "raw"ness and bleeding.

No: It is not normal to have persistent bleeding followed by diarrhea after surgery. I would return to your physician or surgeon to discuss it.

i need urgent assistance my daughter is 4yrs old she ate beetroot 3hrs ago just 3 slices but now she has this thick creamy red diarrhea which never happened to her ever since she had beetroot. im not sure if its the beetroot or she is bleeding?

Unusual: Beet root would be an unlikely source of bleeding. It is difficulty to say in this format weather you should be seen or not.  Cramps or other symptoms?  Hard to be completely sure online, but if no bad cramps or distress it would seem reasonable to let the diarrhea resolve.

Need evaluation: You should be evaluated in order to determine the viability of the pregnancy and to make sure you do not have an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy.  The diarrhea may or may not be related to he pregnancy.
