No worries: as long as you don't have any circulatory problems fingers /toes becoming blue and painful on exposure to cold.

Red dot: A red macule that doesn't blanch may be a hemangioma which is a benign vascular growth that is slightly raised and is permanent. A perfectly flat lesion may be a petechia which is a leakage of blood from a tiny blood vessel and this resolves in a week or so. Have  your physician check it if you have further concerns.

: Would consider evaluation by dermatologist  to determine the nature of the lesions. Blanching occurs because you are applying pressure and decreasing the blood flow  and when you release blood flow returns. Red swollen great toe may be gout but as no picture is provided not clear. As stated f/u/ w dermatology

Sometimes serious: Chest pressure or pain, or trouble breathing in an adult are signs to go to the ER. Chest pressure can be heart symptoms. One should not drive himself (it's safer to go by ambulance). If he turns out not to have heart attack symptoms, the ER will also have evaluated for issues like acid reflux, esophageal spasm, myocarditis, pneumonia, costochondritis, pneumothorax, muscle/rib/spine problems, etc.

Abdomen?: If this has been this long, then you need to see your gyn.. It may not be anything but if it is in  your pelvis then you may need an ultrasound. If lower abdomen then you may need a CT but first. You need a good physical exam.

Clenching: If you find that you are clenching throughout the hours you are awake try to break the habit by placing your tongue on the roof of your mouth half an inch behind your teeth and press with your tongue.  This position can relax the muscles you use to clench.  Unfortunately, this only works during hours you are awake.  Try a night guard for bedtime.

Exam needed: Anyone with persistent right lower abdominal pain with associated tenderness has to be promptly examined for acute appendicitis. Proceed to the hospital emergency room or a general surgeon's office where you will be promptly examined.
