Not a reliable symp.: Some people equate smelly urine an infection- inferred because "the smell must be the result of byproducts of bacterial activity in the urine". However, please remember that a patient must have symptoms of a urinary infection to  secure the diagnosis- if the patient is asymptomatic, then the smell  is likely because of a dietary byproduct  or a a substance that is excreted in the urine.

Seek urgent care: Your description is concerning for kidney infection as a complication of UTI or infected kidney stone.  This can progress rapidly and you need emergent evaluation.

Fistula: Your symptoms suggest the possibility of a vaginal fistula (opening which connects) to the urethra or bladder. When bearing down to pass a stool, the increased abdominal pressure may force urine through the fistula and into the vagina. A gynecologist  or urologist can diagnose and treat you.

i am 33 yrs and my urine flow in the mornings are slower compared to day time where my flow is normal. i feel abit of pressure in bladder on and off?

Slow urine flow: You're a little young for benign prostatic hypertrophy (swollen prostate), and you would be really young for bladder or prostate cancer.  Nevertheless, i would get thee to a physician for a digital rectal exam, a psa blood test, and, if necessary, a cystoscope of the bladder to see what gives.  This is abnormal for a 33 year old. When you say: "urine is normal", does that mean a urinalysis, or just you looking at it?  Sounds like a common bladder infection which should be treated.

Unclear?: Your urethral sponge, even if engorged, would put pressure on your urethra.  Is there a reason that you think your symptoms are related to such a specific area?  Are you sure your symptoms aren't more so related to post-pregnancy related changes to the uterus/vagina?  It sounds like you might benefit from seeing a urogynecologist for further help.

UTI: Low urine pressure or weak stream can be due to dehydration, not having much urine in the bladder, or a bladder outlet obstruction such as a stricture or scar tissue. Bladder pain is usually eraly sign of an infection. Drink plenty of water. If does not resolve you likely need antibiotic therapy.
